Contract commercial cleaning

Scheduled cleaning for offices, hospitality, retail, community and events venues, daily, nightly or weekly. Each contract is delivered to a written specification with a named account lead, uniformed cleaners and a documented audit trail. We deliberately keep account sizes small enough that your named contact actually visits your site.

Post-event & venue turnaround cleans

Event turnarounds where the venue has to be doors-open by a fixed time, nightclubs, bars, hospitality suites, community halls, festival infrastructure. Turnarounds are planned by the clock, not by the checklist: numbers, sequencing and access are agreed in advance so doors open on time.

Washroom hygiene services

Regular washroom cleaning, consumables restocking (paper, soap, sanitiser), sanitary disposal and periodic deep cleans. The single area where poor cleaning most rapidly and visibly damages a venue's reputation.

Builders' cleans, sparkle cleans & handover

End-of-build cleans for developers and contractors, dust removal, glass, floors, fittings and site handover to a documented, photographed standard. Delivered to the timeline the handover programme actually requires, not the one the cleaner would prefer.

AV Group is a commercial operator, we do not run a domestic / household cleaning book. Our residential work is limited to commercial-adjacent properties: developer handovers, HMO turnarounds, tenanted commercial mixed-use, end-of-tenancy at the volume commercial landlords need.

Are your cleaning staff DBS checked?

Yes. Every AV Group team member holds a DBS check, with Enhanced DBS where the site requires it (e.g. hotels with residential guests, sites with vulnerable adults or where a client contract requires it).

Are you insured?

Yes, public liability and employers' liability. Certificates are available on request and are normally issued with the written specification.

Do you handle one-off deep cleans and post-event turnarounds?

Yes. One-off deep cleans, event turnarounds, builders' cleans, end-of-tenancy for commercial premises and reactive incident cleans, all with the same written scope and photographic sign-off as our contract work.

Do you do domestic / household cleaning?

No. AV Group is a commercial-only operator. Our nearest residential work is developer handover and HMO turnaround, not domestic cleaning.

Can you cover multiple sites on one contract?

Can I bundle cleaning with security or medical?

Do you supply consumables?

Yes, soap, paper, sanitiser, sanitary disposal and cleaning consumables can be included in the contract with agreed restocking frequency, or supplied ad hoc if you prefer to hold your own stock.

Do you provide reactive maintenance as well as cleaning?

Yes, small-scale reactive maintenance is available alongside cleaning contracts (fixings, replacements, general handyperson tasks). More complex works we scope and price on a job-by-job basis.
