These terms govern your use of the AV Group UK website (av-group.co.uk) and set out the general basis on which we discuss enquiries. Service-specific terms will be set out in a written proposal, quotation, or contract for the work.

AV Group UK is a family-owned provider of security, medical and cleaning services, trading from 4 Skyline Park, Brislington, Bristol BS4 5EN, United Kingdom.

• You must not misuse the site, for example by introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or scraping content at scale.

Any indicative pricing, availability or scope provided in response to a website enquiry is not binding until confirmed in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties. Deployment is subject to satisfactory site information, availability of licensed staff, and normal contractual terms.

We are an SIA-licensed contractor. Our medics deploy up to FREC 3/4 and paramedic level. Training is delivered under our Highfield awarding-body approval. We hold public liability, employers' liability and medical indemnity cover, certificates available on request.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Otherwise, our liability arising out of or in connection with the use of this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Contractual liability for delivered services is governed by the specific engagement contract.

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of those sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
