How quickly can you mobilise a team?+
Our phones are answered 24 hours a day. For short-notice work we can typically deploy licensed staff same-day across the South West and South Wales, and nationally with agreed lead time.
Are your teams fully licensed and DBS-checked?+
Yes. All security staff hold current SIA licences, and every AV Group team member, security, medical and cleaning, holds a DBS check, with Enhanced DBS where the role requires it.
Are you insured?+
We hold public liability, employers' liability and medical malpractice / indemnity cover. Certificates are available on request.
Do you provide RAMS and method statements?+
Yes. Risk assessments and method statements are issued on request as part of our planning for events and static contracts.
